Suggest Event Form: CalendarWiz Suggest Event Form allows you to submit events to a calendar for approval by a calendar administrator. CalendarWiz collects personal information that you provide via the Suggest Event Form, including your name, email address, event title, event date and other information you wish to include in your event such as phone number, organization name, description, web page link, location, and event contact information. Signup Form: CalendarWiz Signup Form allows you to subscribe to a calendar's email list to receive emails, event reminders , or event invites/announcements. CalendarWiz collects information that you provide directly via the Signup Form, including your first name, last name and email address. CalendarWiz uses a double opt-in method where you must confirm your subscription by clicking an emailed link before you will receive additional emails. At any time, you may opt-out of receiving these emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email or web page at https://www.calendarwiz.com/unsubscribe/ or by emailing email@example.com

CalendarWiz takes measures to prevent information about you from being lost or stolen. Calendar information can be made public or password protected private. Our servers are located in a secure, world-class, SAS70 Type II datacenter with eight internet backbone connections, backup power, HVAC, and fire suppression systems. All data is backed up in real-time, on the half-hour, and nightly to four different locations. Files or images uploaded to the CalendarWiz File Manager are not password protected. CalendarWiz takes measures to prevent directory browsing but if the link to the file is shared it will be open to public access. Sensitive images, documents or files should not be stored in the CalendarWiz File Manager unless you have added your own password protection to the file.
Information we collect about you is stored for the duration of your account. Upon verified request from you we will remove all your information. We may retain certain information for legitimate business purposes or as required by law. To request information removal contact firstname.lastname@example.org
You may update or delete your information at any time by logging into your calendar and accessing the Account feature or emailing us at email@example.com. You may delete your account or terminate your subscription according to our Terms of Service Agreement. However, we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
Most web browsers accept cookies by default. You can choose to set your browser to remove or disable cookies. If you remove or disable cookies it may affect some of the services features.
During the trial period for our service we send you a few emails to help set up the service, remind you when your trial is expiring and to collect feedback. When subscribed to our service we send you emails regarding subscription renewal, features announcements and to collect feedback. At any time, you may opt-out of receiving these emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email or web page at https://www.calendarwiz.com/unsubscribe/ or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We reserve the right to contact you for non-promotional business purposes while you have an active account.
