It's easy to import "subscribers" or "contacts" into CalendarWiz.  Import your email list from another application like Outlook, Constant Contact, MailChimp,  iContact, etc.  Our Email to ListInvite with RSVP tools provide an affordable way stay connected with your group, organization or community.

Step 1: If you have your subscribers in another email application, review their help system to learn how to export  your subscriber list.  If given the  option, choose to export to CSV file.

Step 2: Go to CalendarWiz Admin MenuUsers & SubscribersImport tab > optionally click "Download Sample Subscriber Import file" if you'd like to see a sample import file.

Step 3:  Here are the accepted column heading names in CalendarWiz. Don't worry if you don't have information for all the columns, the "last name" is the only required field.

Suffix
Title

Step 4:  Open your file that contains your list of subscribers, using MS Excel or other spreadsheet application. Insert the above column heading names into your file. For example, if your file's column heading was "surname" you'll replace it with the "Last Name" column heading.

Step 5:  After you've edited your column headings, be sure save changes with the Save As option and select file type CSV (Comma delimited).  Save as a NEW file name to maintain a copy of your original file.
