Our online calendar and mobile app make it easy to keep track of a personal or family schedule. Set up a private calendar so that a screen name and password is required to view your personal appointments.
Here are some features that we think you'll find helpful.
Keep your events private by setting up a private category via:
Admin Menu > under Calendar Settings > Categories > Edit the "Sample Category" and select viewing permission for the category. In many cases, it makes sense to make your personal calendar private.
Select B. Private viewable only by logged in users or C. Selected Private viewable only by selected logged in users.
More on categories. Think of categories as separate calendars within your calendar. For example, a family may have a separate category for each family member. Color code each category for easy reference when viewing the calendar by setting a Category Text Style and Legend Color when adding each category.
Access the browser-based mobile app from any smartphone. Just enter your calendar url and select "Mobile" to quickly add events when away from home or office.
Send email notifications and reminders so you don't forget! Set email reminders when you add an event via the "Remind and Announce" tab.
Create a user account for each person who will be updating the calendar and receiving email reminders. To add a user:
Click the Admin Menu > Users and Groups > Add > Enter user info including an email address > Save
