Export Contacts From Constant Contact:

Step 1: Login to your Constant Contact account and go to the "Contacts" screen.

Step 2: Search or click the name of the list you want to export. Click the check box at the top of list to "Select All" of your contacts.  The [Export] button will appear above your list.

Step 3: Next, click [Export].  Select the fields you'd like to include in the export, e.g. First Name, Last Name, and Email. Click Export Contacts.

Step 4: Click the "Activity" tab to find your export and click Download CSV.
