The meeting place is at the Starbucks\, 25720 The Old Road\, Stevenson's Ranch\, near the Valencia Blvd exit on the 5 FWY. \n\nThis will be a solid day of driving over and down the Grapevine and across the farmland to Arvin for a break.  Heading north again after a few miles we'll be curving our way over and thru the foothills and climb onto Highway 155 - and another break. The very curvy 155 then climbs up over 5000 ft near Alta Sierra\, and then we drop down into Kernville for lunch at the Kern River Brewing Co.\, 13415 Sierra Way. Glendora Mountain Road (GMR) and Glendora Ridge Road (GRR) are now back open\, so we'll follow the traditional route from years past.  We'll take GMR to GRR all the way to Mt. Baldy Rd.\, where we'll perform the obligatory Miata run U-Turn.  We'll then retrace our route all the way back to GMR\, peeling off towards East Fork Rd\, and ultimately onto San Gabriel Canyon Rd leading to the Crystal Lake area.\n \nThe drive up will last approximately 1.5 - 2 hours with NO PIT STOPS.  Plan your morning coffee intake accordingly. Stater Bros and a nearby Starbucks have restrooms at the start.\n \nRegarding lunch\, it will be outdoors at the Crystal Lake campground and traditionally many club members choose to pack a picnic (which can be assembled at Staters if you arrive early enough). We will meet at 8:30am\, Drivers Meeting at 8:45am\, \nStart run at 9:00. On this run at our \nsecond Bio Break is at Mono Lake \nSouth Tufa Rd is Gravel for 9 tens of a mile drive spaced out and slow.   \nWe will stay at this location for 45 minutes. The weekend&rsquo\;s Runs are a drive &amp\; taking time to see the scenery!\nThen drive to our lunch location at the Mobil Gas Station Restaurant at\nUS 395 &amp\; Hwy 120. After lunch our \nNext stop will be at Hot Creek Geologic Site with restrooms. We will spend 45 minutes there. School\nRd. is also a gravel road\, You know \nthe drill. There are more curve roads that we will be going on before the Run ends then head for\n Little Looney for ice cream.  \nEnd of run. You are on your own for dinner. Saturday&rsquo\;s Run starts at Vons\nparking lot same as Friday. Meet at \n8:30am to gas up and go into Vons \nTo purchase food for lunch\, because\nWe are stopping at a picnic area for\nlunch. THERE IS NO Restaurant on \nthis run. We will be going to the \nBristlecone pines center for a bio\nbreak.
