How can I create more than one Upcoming Events List for my website?

Your CalendarWiz calendar always has one Upcoming Events List theme available to you, the master theme. The master theme cannot be deleted and is indicated in the theme list by the (master) suffix.  You can change and save any setting for the master theme and Save the settings.  You can also rename the master theme.

Note: The master theme is always loaded for editing when you first enter the Upcoming Events List administration screen.  If you intend to only have one Upcoming Events List on your website, you may not need to create any additional themes - just use the Master Theme.

You can create additional Upcoming Events Lists as "Themes" with a unique category combination for your website.  You can define multiple themes, each having different categories, size, color and style for use on different web pages.  See instructions below for how to create and manage themes.

To Create an additional Upcoming Events List Theme:

1. Login to as an Administrator -> Go To Admin Menu -> Web Widgets -> Upcoming Events List

2. Click the Themes Tab -> Click the "New" Button -> Enter New Theme Name and click OK ->

3. The New Upcoming Events List Theme will appear in the preview window with the default settings. Next, go to the Script Tab to select  the category or categories to appear in the list -> Click SAVE.

4. Go to the List Tab and Events Tab to customize the Upcoming Events List for your website.  Click SAVE when you want to save your changes.

5. To embed the new Upcoming Events List Theme into your webpage, make sure the new theme is Open and in the Preview Window so that you can grab the code for the new theme.  To open a theme go to Theme Tab -> Select Theme from list -> Click Open button

6. Go to the Script Tab and copy the JavaScript Code (which should have the new theme name within it) and paste the script into your webpage.
