Can I synchronize my Blackberry, CalendarWiz, and MS Outlook?

You can get data back and forth between CalendarWiz, Outlook, and your Blackberry.

Set up the BlackBerry Desktop Manager to synchronize Outlook with your Blackberry. This will allow two-way sharing of calendar information between the Blackberry and Outlook.

You can then use Outlook -> File -> Import and Export to export a Comma Separated Values (Windows) file that can be imported into CalendarWiz using the Admin Menu -> Import Events feature and follow instructions.  You need to be logged in as the Administrator to get to the CalendarWiz Admin Menu.

To get CalendarWiz events into Outlook, use the CalendarWiz Export Button on your calendar navigation bar to create a Comma Separated Values Format for Outlook file and then use the Outlook File -> Import and Export to import the file into Outlook.

(Note: there is a Comma Separated Values Format for Blackberry option in CalendarWiz but this would be for a one-way import into the Blackberry Desktop Manager and should not be used if you are including Outlook in the synchronization)

Run the Blackberry Desktop Manager synchronization again to synch the Blackberry with Outlook.
