How Do I Import CalendarWiz Events Into Lotus Notes / Domino?

You can import CalendarWiz events into Lotus Notes / Domino by using the following steps:

First, use the CalendarWiz Export Button on the Navigation Bar to export your events in ICalendar (.ics) file format.  Save the file to a location on your computer.

Next, Open your Notes calendar and:

  1. Choose File - Import.
  2. On the Import dialog box, specify a file type of .ICS, and then select the .ICS file you are importing.
  3. Click Import.
  4. Specify the name of the calendar being imported, and optionally, click Preview Entries, and then click OK.
