In Outlook, I get an error "Could not install the custom actions"

This problem is an issue within Outlook and affects not just CalendarWiz imported events.  To resolve the problem in Outlook,  go to Tools | Options | Other | Advanced Options | Custom Forms, Manage Forms and click on Clear cache.  For more information on Outlook errors see: http://www.outlookcode.com/d/formscache.htm
