How to email your calendar to others?

You can include a link to your calendar in an email, perhaps in your email signature.  You may recommend that your recipients save the link as a "Favorite" in their internet browser.  By accessing the calendar via the below link your calendar visitors have access to the most up to date version of your calendar.

The calendar link to email and save as a favorite is:

http://www.calendarwiz.com/yourcalendaridentifier

Substitute your calendar identifier in the link where it says "yourcalendaridentifier."  When email recipients click on the link their browser will open to the calendar.

Note: It may be helpful to turn on your calendar's iCal feed so that calendar visitors can subscribe to your public calendar events. iCal feeds can go into Outlook and other calendar applications.

Login as Administrator -> Go to Admin Menu -> iCal and RSS feeds -> iCal tab -> Click to enable -> Choose Categories -> Save
