How best to fit calendars on printout?

Below are tips for getting the best print results using the Micorsoft Internet Explorer version 7 browser.

If your calendar has many events and you need to "shrink" the calendar for printing, we recommend using the "Shrink to Fit" feature available in MS IE 7 browser to print your calendar. (Click here to download the latest version of IE 7.)

A. Setting Print Options For Internet Explorer

1. On IE 7's menu bar, click on the print icon's drop down menu.

2. Select "Print Preview" from the menu.

3. Where it reads: "Shrink to Fit" use the drop down menu to select the appropriate decrease in size (%) that will allow you to fit events one page. (If you would like to increase the printout size select a number above 100%.)

4. The Print Preview screen also allows you to turn headers on or off and to print in Portrait or Landscape modes.
