There is a nice tool called LiveWeb that will allow you to imbed your calendar into a powerpoint presentation. It's really cool and allows you to interact with the calender within PowerPoint.

Download the zip file and follow the instructions to create the LiveWeb add-in and then you can incorporate any web page, including your calendar by entering its web address into the tool.

This can also work with the computer off line if you save a copy of your calendar page using Internet Explorer and then point to that file withing the tool. Of course you won't be able to navigate the calendar if you are offline, just view the page you saved.

Tip: We found checking both the "Yes, refresh.." and "Eliminate residual..." check boxes in the tool to work best.
