Suggest Calendar Event

The Municipal Request button may only be used by Town boards, committees, departments, officials, and long-term lease holders to request space.

The Town will sometimes be sharing space at Jacobs Road with the private leaser and Hilma will be coordinating the space with them. If there is no conflict, requests are always approved and you will receive confirmation through an "Announcement" email or be notified directly.

If you need more than one space, there is an option to choose multiple spaces for each building. If you choose this option, use the "Description" box to list what spaces you need.

If the requested space is available: (a) the request is entered in the calendar, and (b) you are contacted directly or you will receive an "Announcement" email. If the requested space is not available, you will be notified by a committee member and alternative space suggested.
